Renewal Process

  1. Download the Application Form
  2. Start by downloading the Membership Application Form in PDF format from the link above.  You may fill the document out interactively on your computer, using a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, and then save it, or you may print it and then fill it out by hand.
  3. Submit the application form
    1. Submission by USPS Mail
      1. Print and then complete the Membership Application Form.
      2. Once completed, mail it to the address listed at the top of the form.
      3. Please remember to include your personal or company check for the dues.

    2. Submission by E-Mail
      1. For electronic form submission, fill out the form interactively using a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.
      2. Send the completed, signed and saved PDF form via email to membership-secretary@chesterrodandgunclub.com.
      3. Use the secure PayPal payment option to
        Submit Your Application Fee.
  4. Documentary Evidence of Legality of Firearms Ownership
    All prospective members of the club must show satisfactory documentary evidence that they are not legally prohibited from owning firearms. This documentation is viewed, but not retained, by a staff member just prior to the candidate being presented to the membership for a vote of affirmation. The acceptable forms of documentation are:

    1. A current, unexpired State or Federally issued firearms license.
    2. A NFA Tax Stamp.
    3. A NH armed security guard license.
    4. An active law enforcement ID.
    5. A current Active Duty, National Guard, or US Reserve Military ID card.
    6. A State Police background check from the applicant’s State of residence.
    7. A signed and notarized affidavit certifying that the applicant is not prohibited from owning or using firearms (this document will be retained).
