2025 Officer, Board of Directors and Member of the Year
CRGC Officer, Board of Directors and Member of the Year elections are held every year at the November Annual Meeting. Each year, the Membership has the opportunity to elect eight Officers, three Board of Director Members and our Member of the Year.Any CRGC Member may run for an Executive or Director position if that person has been a voting member the year prior to running for office.

CRGC Officer Positions
Officers are elected for one year terms. All Officers also fulfill the role of Executive Directors of the Club. The candidates for Officer/Executive Director roles are:- President
- Vice President
- Recording Secretary
- Treasurer
- Financial Secretary
- Communications Secretary
- Membership Secretary
- Recruiting Secretary
CRGC Board of Directors Positions
The CRGC Board of Directors is comprised of six (6) Executive Directors and nine (9) non-executive directors. ALL non-executive directors are elected for three year terms. Board of Directors positions are elected in a rolling manner such that 3 director positions are filled through Membership voting each year. However, if a director position is vacated during a 3 year term, a replacement director is elected to fulfill the balance of the term they’re stepping into. This year, open non-executive Director positions include:- Three (3) three year term positions
CRGC Member of the Year
The purpose of this award is to recognize the service of an individual to CRGC. It is given for significant service to the club to include but not limited to:- Work performed at and around the club;
- Service as a Member of the Board of Directors;
- Service as a member of a committee;
- Participation in special projects;
- Other services to its members (such as material or financial support or donations, etc.)
Any person who is a member in good standing shall be eligible to receive this award. More than one awardee may be chosen in a given year but the award need not be given if no suitable nominations are received.
