How to Schedule Your Range Qualification Appointments

Every five (5) years, ALL Members are required to re-qualify for the Ranges they wish to shoot on. Re-qualifications are conducted on years ending in 0 and 5.

This means that all Members must re-qualify for use of the Ranges they wish to shoot on by December 31st, 2020.

Current members can use the new “Self-Scheduling Web Based Application (App)” on the Chester Rod and Gun Club Web site. Monthly schedules will be available by the 21st of the preceding month. Instructions on how to access the new application can be found below.

You can self-schedule your appointment in one of the :30 minute slots using the App. This qualification process is required of all members wishing to use any of the ranges.

Qualifications will take no longer than 30 minutes.

  • Please arrive on time
  • Bring eye and ear protection, baseball cap is optional
  • Ensure your semi-automatic pistol or revolver is unloaded and in a bag or case
  • Preload your magazine(s) with 10 cartridges
  • Bring 10 cartridges for your revolver

 

Self-Scheduling App Instructions

Following are instructions to access the “Self-Scheduling App”.

  1. Go to the Chester Rod and Gun Club website using your Web browser or mobile device.
  2. On Menu bar click LOG IN.
  3. You will see the following screen:

  1. Enter your username and password in order to gain access to the RESTRICTED MEMBERS AREA.
  2. From the Members Area menu, move your cursor over Range Re-Qual Appointments.
  3. Select Pistol Ranges from the slide out menu.

Following are instructions to access the “Self-Scheduling App”.

  1. The Self-Scheduling App will display the Pistol Ranges scheduling page.
  2. Your Member information will automatically be filled in.

  1. To select and create an appointment:
    1. Select from the available dates which are identified in orange on the calendar.
    2. Available times for the selected date will display below the calendar.
      Select a time.
    3. Your selected appointment date/time will display below the available times.
    4. Select [cancel] beside your appoint time to cancel your selection, OR
    5. Select Request Appointment to schedule your date and time.
    6. You will receive an appointment confirmation by email. The confirmation will include a link to cancel your appointment if necessary. We ask all Members to cancel an appointment you cannot attend in order to make the timeslot available to others.
    7. You will also receive a reminder by email 48 hours before your appointment. The reminder will also include a link to cancel your appointment if necessary.
