I’m Dan Jones, and I’m running for re-election as president.
Over the past year, I believe we have made great strides towards solving some of the challenges facing the club. Cooperation between the disciplines has increased, contention for ranges during events has been eased, and overall member morale and satisfaction has improved.
Obviously the reopening of the sporting clays course has taken much longer than any of us would have liked. We have recently developed both short- and long-term plans which will hopefully see a partial reopening in the spring, and continued openings as plans are approved and implemented.
I’m honored for the chance to help resolve these issues. We have it in our grasp to not only restore the sporting clays discipline, but grow it and the rest of the club as well.
I look forward to working with everyone to see these plans through, and would appreciate your support and your vote.
