What is the requirement to perform ‘work hours’ and how do I earn my credit?

Members may earn work hours for voluntary service to the Club that will provide them with a credit towards their next year membership dues. Work hours can be earned in many ways, such as helping out at an event or function or by doing some work around the club. Work can be as simple as cleaning the clubhouse, setting up tables, cooking, painting, or picking up supplies.

Currently the minimum is eight (8) work hours which will provide a $65 credit toward renewal membership dues. For each additional four (4) earned work hours, the member’s name will be entered in a drawing for a firearm at the December monthly members’ meeting.

The Senior/Student minimum is four (4) work hours which will provide a $45 credit toward renewal membership dues. For each additional four (4) earned work hours, the member’s name will be entered in a drawing for a firearm at the December monthly members’ meeting.

A Club Officer or an Activity Chairman must verify and approve all work hours.
